Hi.We are Australian and japanese married couple. We are looking for tidy/clean and reliable woman who can share house with us and one other couple.
We have a simple room with a single size bed and a study desk available.
Rent $150 p/w included Bills,toilet paper + Wireless internet
Bond is $300 when you move in.
The house is located in convenience area which is close to the Belmont shopping centre, domestic airport,Crown,Ascot racecourse and many fast food on the Great Eastern Hwy around. Bus stops are nearby.
This hous is usually quiet,not party house but we are also social, love a laugh and would enjoy the meal or drinking together sometime.

We are asian so wearing shoes is not permitted in our house!
You must follow some house rules but It is not strict one if you have common sense.
