Art Studios: Available at the Make Space in Ascot in ASCOT, Western Australia for sale

We have two Art Studio Spaces available at the moment, one for $55 per week, the other for $65 a week in Ascot, this includes electricity, water and GST.
Our communal art studio - The Make Space is located on the Great Eastern Highway in Ascot. The space is one giant room 130 sqm divided in studio spaces with furniture and dividers. There are 8 studios/artists in total in the space made up of painters and sculptors .
The $55 studio is 15sqm, it is located in front of a wall to ceiling window (which has blinds.). It is 2.5m x 6m. This space comes with three trestle tables, a chair and some dividers if desired.
The $65 studio is located in the back room and is 16.5sqm with walls and direct access to the outside work area. It is 3.3mx 5m.
A six month lease is available. A bond of 4 weeks rent is required.
As it is a communal space so artwork which is toxic, smelly or dusty is not suitable. The odd bad smell is ok but if your art is oil painting then this space is not suitable. There is a small communal outdoor area with workbenches for messy and toxic jobs.
Plenty of parking in front car park. 24 hours access to the space.
